We understand that outside circumstances may prevent you from getting here on time (traffic, other sports, etc), so we allow a 15 minute grace period. However, after 15 minutes you will not be able to enter the class. We go through warmups and introductory movements in the beginning of classes that are crucial to preventing injuries. If already purchased, you will be able to put that unused session toward another day or timeslot.
If you are not pre-paid and registered for an open gym, you may not show up more than 30 minutes into that session. There are no half-session pricing options. Also, if there are 4-6pm and 6-8pm open gyms, you may not come in from 5-7pm and so forth.
If you are signed in for a session and know that you will not be able to make it, simply log into your account, find the tab for 'my reservations' and cancel your session to have it back on your account to use again. If a session is maxed out with others on the waitlist, and you have not cancelled your session within an hour of the start time, that pass must be used for that session.
Our liability waiver must be filled out before anyone can participate at the gym. Please go through this link to fill out our online waiver for yourself or your children. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver filled out by their own parent or legal guardian. Without parental signature, a minor will not be allowed to participate.
CHECKLIST BEFORE COMING IN:
-If it is your first time here (or you haven't completed our NEW ONLINE waiver since August 2018), see our waiver information BELOW. It cannot be filled out by someone else's parent at the gym.

-Make sure that the participant is of the correct age listed for the session on our schedule. We have very strict age limits. Some more specific age details can be found on our FAQs page.
-You must have nice tight shoes with laces. Rubbery bottoms recommended.
-Pre-pay and sign in online to guarantee a spot. Sessions can fill quickly and just dropping in risks the session being maxed out. Follow our ONLINE SIGNUPS to sign up one or multiple people. If you want to pay cash, please email us to hold off your spots.
