COVID-19 Facility Policy

BEFORE ARRIVING

If feeling ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS, PLEASE STAY HOME and consider getting tested for Covid.

Everyone must fill out our NEW WAIVER before coming if not completed since August 2020.

Sessions must be paid for and reserved/signed in ONLINE BEFORE COMING. No walk-in sign-ups.

Only 2 FAMILY MEMBERS may be allowed into the facility per participant.

To ensure a safe, monitored check-in, you MAY NOT SHOW UP to any session later than 10 MINUTES PAST THE LISTED START TIME. You may use the pass another time or receive a refund.

Sessions will be LIMITED CAPACITIES, and will have first come, first serve basis for online signups.

WHILE AT FACILITY

PLEASE WEAR MASKS if unvaccinated - With new state regulations, masks are optional in the facility. We ask you to still be courteous to others and wear masks if you will be hanging out close to others at times, and especially if unvaccinated. Masks are still highly recommended by participants during the physical activities on the gym floor.

CLEAN HANDS- Please wash/disinfect your hands before entering the gym, and when leaving. Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk.

KEEP DISTANCE- Practice social distancing at all times in non-family interactions. Try to remain at least 6 feet away from others, even while training during sessions.

HANDS FREE DOORS- Foot handles have been installed on bathroom doors to allow hands free opening. If possible, please try to use these when entering or exiting the bathrooms. ​

NO CHALK PROVIDED- Chalk will not be provided by VertiQuest Gym. You must bring your own, keep it to yourself, and keep the facility clean by not spilling, overusing, or clapping the chalk.

 

VertiQuest Gym will be cleaning and disinfecting all common surfaces through each day. We have opened up our schedule to allow more time for these very important tasks to be completed thoroughly. We ask that our guests follow the above obligations to help us keep the daily operations smooth and safe, while still fun for all. We recognize that these times have brought challenges and hardships to all, but we appreciate your continued support and dedication. We look forward to seeing you here soon!
