We understand that outside circumstances may prevent you from getting here on time (traffic, other sports, etc), so we allow a 10 minute grace period. However, after 10 minutes you will not be able to enter the class. We go through warmups and introductory movements in the beginning of classes that are crucial to preventing injuries. If already purchased, you will be able to put that unused session toward another day or timeslot.
You must be pre-paid and registered online for an open gym. You may not show up more than 10 minutes past that session's start time.
If you are signed in for a session and know that you will not be able to make it, simply log into your account, find the tab for 'my reservations' and cancel your session to have it back on your account to use again. If a session is maxed out with others on the waitlist, and you have not cancelled your session within an hour of the start time, that pass must be used for that session.
NEW VISITOR GUIDE
-If it is your first time here (or you haven't completed our NEW ONLINE waiver since July 2020), you must fill it out before coming. If a participant is under 18, it must be filled out by their legal parent/guardian. It can't be signed by someone else's parent here.
-You must have nice tight shoes with laces. Rubbery bottoms recommended. NO SLIP-ON SHOES OF ANY KIND.

-Make sure that the participant is of the correct age listed for the session on our schedule. We have very strict age limits. Participants MUST BE OVER 9 to attend any sessions labeled 9+, even if they are very close to that age. Some more specific age details can be found on our FAQs page.

-We have a 4 minute safety video that you must watch for your first time here. Coming a little early will help to get you into the gym on time.
