Renting The Gym Space For Other Uses

Not having a party, but still want to privately use our facility? You may rent out our space for other uses (gatherings, filmings, events, etc). Please email us with the details of what you are interested in having here, and we will see if we can accommodate a time and date for you!

VertiQuest Gym Party/Private Rental Information

ACTIVITIES:

Parties or group events will consist of around 1 hour 30 minutes of gym time, and 30 minutes in the party room. During the gym time, participants will go through a fun warmup game exploring the gym before trying to conquer a fun age-based ninja warrior circuit including obstacles such as the warped wall, jumping spider, rope swing, I beam, angled steps, sliders, swings, and more. Then we'll have some fun games, and have time for open gym access.


PRICES:

Up to 10 participants:      $300

10 to 15 participants:       $20 per extra participant

-Even with less than 10 participants, $300 must still be the minimum for party slots


PIZZAS INCLUDED   (2 large pies ; $15 for extra pies)

Please bring paper products, utensils, candles, drinks, and any snacks, cakes, or other foods that you would like.


RESTRICTIONS:

- 15 MAX participants.

- All participants of any party MUST BE at least 7 years old.

- Our Foampit is not used during parties. It is a different kind of pit that is ONLY used for learning many variations of flips off of harder surfaces and requires much more focus to many rules and regulations.

MAKE SURE GUESTS KNOW:

-Each guest must have our online WAIVER FILLED OUT AHEAD OF TIME by their own legal parent. It is available at http://www.smartwaiver.com/v/vqgwaiver

-The participants MUST HAVE SNEAKERS WITH LACES that are very tight and can be tied tighter if they are coming off on angled surfaces.

-All participants must ARRIVE ON TIME, preferably 10 minutes before. We go over course demonstrations with important safety rules per obstacle, and they may not join the party after 10 minutes past the starting time.

-Guests must know where we are located. Since our sign is not as noticeable, make sure they know we are in the big first building near the main road labelled 'HOOP HEAVEN'.

-Make sure guests know that 7 IS OUR STRICT MINIMUM AGE at the gym.
